By submitting the estimate request form, you consent to Restoration Medix contacting you by phone, text message, and email regarding your request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business:

• GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Estimate form submissions are transmitted securely through our website server to GoHighLevel so our team can call you back and manage your project.
• Google (Alphabet Inc.) — analytics and advertising measurement, as described in Section 5.
• Netlify, Inc. — our website hosting provider, which processes form submissions and standard server logs.
• Insurance carriers — if you hire us for insurance-covered work, we share project documentation (photos, moisture readings, scope of work) with your carrier as part of the claim process.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

7. Washington State Privacy Rights

Restoration Medix is a Washington business serving Washington residents, and we comply with applicable Washington State law, including the Washington Consumer Protection Act.

We do not collect "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). Our services concern property restoration, and our lead form does not request health information. If you voluntarily share health-related details with us (for example, mold sensitivity concerns), we use them only to plan and perform your restoration work and do not sell or share them.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
