3. Restoration Results Are Not Guaranteed

Water, fire, and mold damage restoration involves conditions that cannot be fully known in advance. Accordingly:

• Outcomes vary by property. The age, construction, materials, and pre-existing condition of your property affect what restoration can achieve. Results described or pictured on this site (including project timelines and before/after examples) reflect specific past projects and do not guarantee a similar outcome for your property.
• Hidden damage may exist. Moisture, mold, and structural issues can be concealed inside walls, floors, and crawl spaces. Discovery of hidden conditions can change the scope, cost, and duration of work.
• Mold can recur. Remediation addresses the contamination and moisture conditions present at the time of service. We cannot guarantee mold will never return if new moisture intrusion occurs after our work is complete.
• Timelines are estimates. Drying times, reconstruction schedules, and completion dates depend on materials, permits, insurance approvals, and conditions found during the work.

Any workmanship warranty we provide is set out in your written service agreement and is the exclusive warranty for our work.

4. Insurance Claim Assistance

We regularly document losses to insurance-carrier standards and can bill many carriers directly. However:

• Restoration Medix is not an insurance company, public adjuster, attorney, or agent of any insurance carrier.
• We do not and cannot decide coverage. Whether your loss is covered, and how much your carrier pays, is determined solely by your insurance carrier under the terms of your policy.
• Statements on this site about what insurance "typically" or "usually" covers are general observations, not promises about your policy or claim.
• Assistance we provide with claim documentation is not legal or insurance advice. For coverage questions or disputes, consult your carrier, a licensed public adjuster, or an attorney.
• You remain responsible for your deductible and for any amounts your carrier does not pay, as set out in your service agreement and our Terms of Service.
